What data and why

Data is collected only when you write through the form: your name, email address, phone number if you enter one, the name of the work and your message. It is used solely to answer your question or enquiry.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or the legitimate interest in answering your message (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for at most two years after the last contact. If a sale takes place, sales records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who else sees it

Messages from the form are handled by the provider Formspree, which forwards them to us by email, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as contracted processors and are based in the United States, so data may also travel there. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Like any web server, the server automatically logs technical data about visits, such as the IP address and time of the request, to keep the site running securely.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@simontratnik-art.com.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
